Disclaimer and methodology
NOT YET REVIEWED BY A LAWYER. No placeholders remain on this page — every detail on it is real. What has not happened is the legal review, and this is the page that limits liability for a site making public allegations about named businesses, so it is the one least worth publishing unchecked.
What this website is
This website documents patterns of fraudulent supplier and enquiry campaigns. It is
based on publicly accessible sources: register data (RDAP), Internet Archive copies,
e-mail headers, and what each website says about itself. Every statement of fact is
shown with its source and the date it was retrieved.
Facts and assessment kept apart
The “Verified facts” section contains only checkable information from the sources
named above. The “Our assessment” section is marked as an expression of opinion and is
not a judicial finding.
No statement about individuals
Alerts concern domains, business presences and campaigns, not named natural persons.
Naming a domain implies nothing about earlier or later holders of that same domain.
Currency
Register data is automatically re-queried at regular intervals. The situation may
nevertheless change after publication. The check date shown gives the position as at
that date.
No legal or investment advice
This content is no substitute for legal or commercial due diligence in an individual
case. Decisions about entering into business are yours alone.
Correction procedure
Anyone affected may request a correction at
